Access
Access is limited in places (steps). However, we can accommodate everyone. Please contact us to discuss any specific requirements: hello@ceramiccitystories.org There is limited parking in Swan Street (free).
Additional information
Max 20 people per tour/session. *All visitors will be met at the entrance door & informally 'guided' throughout your visit. You will be required to 'sign in & out' (which will also include your formal agreement to enter this work place 'at your own risk'. Mini factory tours, informal chat & demonstrations will take place approximately every 30-40minutes depending on visitor numbers. You are welcome to join & leave 'mid tour' but will still need to be informally 'guided' (and required to sign in & out).
Directions
Swan Street is easily accessed off Hartshill Road & Old Shelton Road: 5 minutes walk from Minton Hollins Tile Works, 10 minutes walk from Spode Works (centre of Stoke), 15 minutes walk from Stoke Station.
